Barbara WijnveldXXXbox

The fourth art container has been created by the artist Barbara Wijnveld (1972, the Netherlands), who lives and works in Amsterdam. Among other awards, she received the Royal Prize for Painting in 2004. The art container by Barbara Wijnveld is entitled XXX BOX. The painting represents a type of siren blowing a kiss. The three crosses – the symbol of Amsterdam – are spreading out as though they are blow kisses. This art container will be used for transporting goods worldwide, just like regular containers, and will thus send seductive greetings to people working in ports across the globe.
